很令人回味

今年暑假過得特別有意義，因為我參加 Intrinsic 的計畫去了美國工作。雖然工作不是很特別，但這是我第一次隻身去到那麼遠的地方，現在回想起所有發生過的事，無論是開心或是傷心的，都很令人回味。

當中最好的是和我一起工作的人，他們都非常和善，雖然我的英文不太好，但他們都很樂於和我聊天，去 shopping 時也會帶我一起。而且在美國那段時間和來自其他國家工作的人常常在一起，已經變得非常熟悉，現在也常有聯繫，還說要到他們的國家旅行呢！

這個計畫除了使我認識了很多朋友外，也使我對自己有更多的瞭解，去到一個不同文化，不同言語的國家，當中遇到困難是在所難免的，但有問題時也是自己學習和成長的好機會。在陌生的地方，對家人和朋友變得非常珍惜，每當收到 Intrinsic 的信，問我們過得怎樣時，都非常感動，因為知道遇到問題時我們也會得到支持和幫助。 - Windy Tse, Ride Operator at Sam’s Amusements, Minneapolis

I enjoy my time in there so much

It's totally worth to spend those few months in U.S. and meet lots of different people and things, I enjoy my time in there sooooooo much and I will treasure those experience for the rest of my life. A fruitful summer holiday

Working and travelling outside motherland, speaking English, eating American foods......for 3 months!!! Fulfilling three hopes by once!

Breathing in an extensive meadow, hiking over 10,000 feets, shopping in prosperous city...... Fulfilling three hopes by once! Hopefully I have joined the WATUSA program in 2006, otherwise I should have not seen those wild animals and special landscapes that I have never seen in Hong Kong and also lost a golden chance to make friends from different countries. It was a place of astounding beauty

One of the main attractions of staying in Yellowstone was the place itself. It was a place of astounding beauty, where outdoorsy types would certainly enjoy hiking, camping and fishing. I also got to meet and interact with customers and colleagues from different parts of the U.S. and the world like Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Japan and Taiwan during my work as a waitress. I really want to go back there

Before we went there, we just knew Yellow Stone. We did not know where Medora is and what it looks like. But after going there, I found that it was such a good place which may be better than Yellow Stone. The people there are so friendly and nice. A lot of fun
